Hi,

You can go for quashing under section 482 before Hon'ble High Court on the basis of compromise. Make sure that compromise contain all the facts and should be counter signed by two independent witness. One more thing make sure that on the first date counsel from both should be present. Rest you can call and have discussion.

Hello dear , the answer of your question is the fir can be quashed from high court only, both parties have to appear before the high court or give an affidavit before the court mentioning the settlement of both the parties.
