Helo sir. Court mein agar bimar hone per B.D.M.S doctor se karvaye gye ilaj ki priscription recipt our fit certificate diya jaye to kya 2nd party advocate ya court usper koi objetion ya use manta dene se inkar kar sakte hain
Yes bilkul kar sakte hai, ye court ke upar hai ki court use maane ya uske upar koi inquiry kare, court ko power hai ki aapke diye har document ke uapr sawaal utha sake aur waqt aane pe use concerned department bhej bhi sake

No, they have no right. the bills of the BDMS doctor is valid as per the constitution of India. As per the Evidence Act 1872 is concerned it has lot of Evidentiary value attached to it. Pl look into it and contact as soon as possible
