Can any lawyer from Varanasi help me to get my FIR quashed from allahabad high court. I am Charged with 377 511 pocso 7/8. I need lawyer from Varanasi who can move to allahabad high court for quashing of FIR

Dear Client,In that case you should move a Criminal Writ Petition before Allahabad High Court herein Court may quash that FIR which lodged against you for more clarification you may contact us then I'll explain properly in the said matter.

I can help but not from Varanasi. I am from Allahabad practicing in the Allahabad high court. For quashing of FIR I need to go through FIR.
