Can an authority file case after 5 months for copying their signature

Dear, Sir/Madam Mai aap se ye kahna chahta hu ki maine college ke leave ke liye warden aur college authorities ke sign kia tha. Aur bad me jab galti ka ehsas hua tab maine chhod dia but college pareshan kar raha hai ki case karenge... ispe action (dhara) impliment hota hai.....aur ye baat hue 5 mahina ho chuka hai.....kya wo ab bhi case file kar sakte hai.....aur isase hame kya-kya problem aa sakti hai.....maine college ko 2-3 sorry letter likhe hai.....but tab par bhi college ab bhi pareshan karta rahta hai...... Please Satisfy me with your valuable answer...... I am very thankful of you.......
