Q: how to get bail in section 354 ipc , a,c,d, 504 and 506?

what is the further procedure for ipc 354, 354a ipc,c,d, 504 and 506 after filling chargesheet in court? A police person who handling this case ask me to get bail in same day of all persons who involve in case. What is the procedure to get bail and what document or amount we have to deposit or submit in court? is 354d ipc bailable or not ?

Now police has also right to grant bail from police station, but even after taking bail from police station, you have to take bail from the court when police will submit the chargesheet. And when the charge sheet will be submitted by the police further court proceeding will take place and the case will open for evidence and on the facts , circumstances and evidence the court will announced its judgement.

Hi, There is a false court case against me regarding snatching of watch. I was never arrested for the offence but there is a case going on in court. Will it affect my selection in any way.

Hmare beech 1 civil aur 5 cri.mukdme (sabhi 323.504.506.etc) .court me chalte h. jisme 1 case me muje U/sec.324.326.307 Ipc.me 7 yr imprisonment session court ne 2007 me diya jisme mai bail par hu..mere against gov.applied h.jo ki Allahabad HC me listed h.. ab ham aur hmare padosi dono log apne sabhi 6 case ko mutually sulah k dwara samapt krne ko agree h... But Jo case 307 Ipc high court me pending h aur mai bail per hu use kese samapt kiya ja sakta h..?

Its a matter of attempt to murder 307 ipc which is not a compoundable offence under section 320 of cr.pc so it is not possible now and its already in high court so depends on the merits of case .

Q: Other party shows up after ex parte decision taken what to do now

Judge ordered for ex parte evidence in domestic violence case as the opposite party didn't appear after multiple attempts But as soon as the Oder was written and signed, they came up with an application of extension. What would judge do in that case? Can he recall his order without the petitioner consent?

Yes its the discretion of the judge, he may set aside the ex parte order or he may issue it. If judge thinks that opossite party has meaningful causes to expain the delay of appearance then he may recall his judgement.
