Can accused be discharged at the stage of charge framing in sec 498a

A complaint filed under section 498a. A person filing a complaint at that time what ever the allegations is levelled in the complaint the complainant have to give the evidence also of the allegations to show that the case is geniune.

hello client as you are saying yes it is true tht all allegations which has been filled against you in this case all the allegations need yo be proveed.
the case can be challanged in the high court on the bases of evidences are the or not after tht only it can be said quashing can be done or not.

hello sir/ madam, I read your query. but it is very difficult to figure out of you are looking out for a suggestion or an answer. it would have been very helpful if you could have written your query quite briefly. rest if you are someone who is going to file a case then yes you have to have the evidence that supports your allegation to prove cruelty. or if you are from the Defendant side then here you need have proof to show the allegations are f
false.

Hi,

Yes the burden of proof will be upon the complainant, it’s the complainant who will have to prove her case beyond a reasonable doubt.
To prove her case complainant will have to give evidence.
