Can a relative file for quashing of complaints on behalf

can i file quashing in high court on behalf of accused person(family member framed in false case).? 354 506 34 320 321 ipc..... without mutual is quashing possible?

MY OPINION THAT it is very much important that the contents of actual fact/facts, if the contents are legally valid then, i think that there is every scope to file quashing application on above mentioned sections at Hon'ble High court without delay,contact with me.

U can but beforehand it is very important to go through the F I R . filed against you. Mutual between the parties is not required for quashing. If you cand send the details of the contents of the FIR then I cauld have adviced you better.

yes you can before that need to check the details and the history of the entire case. when you move the higher court, the court if deems fit will call upon the other party over summon for ends of justice.

For the Quashing matter if the concern Police Authority have already submitted Charge Sheet, then you can take Suggession from the Concern High Court Lawyer. they can see the Charge and 161 Statements and then they can advise you if there is a matter for quashing or not. otherwise, you should take a chance for Charge Hearing if there is no material in the Charge Sheet against you. or there is same type of Case pending against same party basically against you by other family members (as you say the case was lodged by your family members)
