Dear client In case a person has been granted bail, it is less likely that he be sent to judicial custody again since that would require cancellation / challenging the validity of the Order and judgment whereby the bail was granted. Generally appellate courts do not interfere with the order granting bail as liberty of an individual is in question. However, there is no straight jacket formulae to conclude if bail will be rejected / cancelled or not, it depends on the facts and superceeding situation of the case. Feel free to get in touch to discuss further.
