The complainant may visit the Accused.there is no such provision that an accused and complainant cannot meet each other as the complainant has lodged FIR against him/her. The reason behind the meeting is important, nothing else. But it is always advised that an accused should not visit the Complainant at his/her place.

Hi,

The complaint can definitely visit the accused person , lodging of FIR doesn’t restrict the visitation .
It’s up to you or the accused, there is no legal boundations , no legal restrictions .

Thanks

I can advise if i get details of case. But there is no restictions in law to meet the accused even if you are complainant. It is not an act prohibited by law. You can meet the accused. YOU ARE FREE TO MEET ANYBODY YOU WANT TO MEET.
