Can a company hire a person who is on bail?

A person who is charged for rape is out on bail. Can a company still hire him if he is on bail? What are the legal problems a company can face?

Well, Company's Reputation will be spoiled totally if staff working in that Company come to know about hiring of a Rapist by the Company. Female Colleagues can be the first one to leave the Company. Stakeholders in the Company can take their investment out from that company.

Hello, employment is a right of human being, No one can be denied employment, the person who is accused of rape has to file undertaking with HR and bail order by stating that he will not leave jurisdiction of company without informing them
