can a chargesheet be quashed if the case proceeding is in evidence stage in trial court. What is the probablity of chargesheet is quashed. There is no merit in the case. Also , if there is a less chance, then what is the process to speed up the trial.

Yes. A Chargesheet can be quashed, it totally depends upon the merits of the case. There is also a chance for getting a stay order if the merits are good. There is also a procedure for expediting the trial before the Hon'ble High Court only.

dear client as per your query you want to apply for quashing of the case through which your case will be quashed from the High court for what sections you want the case to be quashed if it compromise case then you can over the case in the lower court too..
