You cannot get the case transferred from one district court to another as the court having jurisdiction only can conduct trial. Jurisdiction is determined based on where the crime is committed or where the complainant or accused is living. If an accused is convicted the question of getting bail does not arise as he has to immediately undergo the punishment awarded at the time of conviction. However, he may apply for bail if he is going to challenge the judgement of conviction.

Sir/Madam,
I Need to understand the intention in transferring case. You can transfer the case based on the nature of the offence/records of crime/jurisdiction issues ..etc., I did not get which kind of bail you are asking about. Need to discuss to provide proper suggestion.

Thanks,
Adv.Niranjan.

Dear Sirs,
1.Yes. It can be transferred by High Court u/s.407 of crpc.
2. Yes. It can be obtained.
If the person is already on bail, you can seek suspension of sentence u/s.389 crpc for less than 3years conviction. Also prefer an appeal u/s.374 crpc.

SIr , the criminal cases have to be conducted at the place where the offence is committed and further only some cases bail can be granted by courts after convictions depending upon the nature of offences and the years of imprisonment imposed.
