Bullying in workplace cussing and saying bad word will it cause issue

I got into an argument which i started, then the person with whom i started argument ganged up on me, later that day i asked for apology but they did not accept it. After that incident i was mocked and yelled at and I do not feel safe.nAnd is there any wrong if i use bad word, will any legal issues be there for that. As it all started because of cussing. nSince then i am being ganged up and isolated. I am concerned about my safety

Dear Sir, You may lodge complaint before that person goes to Police Station. It seems you have used bad and unparliamentary words due to provocation caused by that person and his supporters. Using few words does not amount to crime because they made you to use such words by provocating you. Get register FIR against them.

yes it is a serious offences but unless a FIR etc is filed or complaint is filed you need not sorry, if police call you are if you come to know a complaint is filed you immediately approach a lawyer he can get you bail and guide you in proper direction.
