Brother ran away with a married women police torturing family member

My brother of age 24yr unmarried was escaped with 1 married lady of age 29yrs 2 1/2 months back,we don't where they are staying, but polices torturing my parents mentally and physically, is it possible to keep case on my parents, is it right
No it is not right to file case against parents when your brother being a major has escaped with married lady that is his own responsibility. Police cannot torture your parents you have to file writ against police who are torturing your parents in high court and get an order against them so that they would never come to your house and torture your parents and your family for they are not responsible for what your brother has done.
