Breach of trust and harrassement by his family members

My bf agreed to marry me before going physical now he denied to marry. He says that he can bribe the police and get out of it. I want to know how can he not be released and if i file an FIR what action will be taken

Well, if he promised to marry you and because of that promise, you engaged in sex with him. Then, he is liable for the punishment of Rape. Any Consent which has been given by you for indulging in sex because of the promise of marriage by him, and, if that promise gets broken, you can file a case of Rape.

Hello, you are used and raped on the pretext of marriage which is a serious offence and he cannot deny to marry now.. you can register FIR against him and get him arrested , this is nothing but a cheating against you
