if you want an fir to get registered and the police is not doing it after you have given the complaint also then you can get it done through the court. there is a process where we file a case in court and the court direct the police officials to register an fir if it is warranted

Take all the stamped complaints and file a criminal petition under section 156(3) before the magistrate according to your jurisdiction to register a FIR against the culprits. You also need to attach the evidence which you are having with you. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

You have the power to take decisive action. Draft a written complaint addressed directly to the SHO, ACP, and DCP of your jurisdiction, or alternatively, move swiftly to file an application before the esteemed court, demanding the lodging of an FIR. Do not hesitate to assert your rights and demand justice.
