Boyfriend promised to marry me but he left to usa for further studies

I was in relation with a guy from last 3 year's . He promised me that he will marry me and he even spoke to my family abt marrying me and i got pregnant with his baby and he forced me to get it aborted and his brother-in-law(doctor) got me pills for medical abortion even after going through all this he said he will marry me and he promised me off not leaving me after this. But he went to usa for further studies he started going out with girls and cheated on me and when i asked him about our marriage he started saying my parents are not okay with our relation its best to end it here nHe promised me with marriage but now he is not ready to marry me if i file a complaint on him will my details be enclosed and should i file a fir on him??

With proof this is a case of cheating. Try to gather all available proof. Filing an FIR may be needed. Your basic details will form part of the FIR. However, before that you can consider issuing him a legal notice through an advocate.

make it a better immediately you can file in police complaint FIR against cheating and abortion he did and you have taken pills and you need to mention in the compliant better immediately you can move near police station

Dear Madam, You have to lodge police complaint and make charges of cheating and you may also include the names of his parents so that local police immediately may arrest his parents and settle the matter by bringing him to India. If you delay the matter you cannot claim anything against him.
