He was committed me ...i will marry u..but always trams & condition bla bla ... then & now he said i was not marry i don't love you...than Wt in do can help me

It depends what do you want to implicate him in. Depending upon did he took any undue advantage by giving false promise of marriage. You can come and meet us or call us. Yes if he has done something wrong to you on pretext of marriage then we hace certain options.
