boyfriend got physical on the basis of fake promise to marry

I was in an affair with a boy for 8 months, he is in indian navy .we were Facebook friends for 5 years. He promised me to get married. On the promiss of marriege i forcefully convinced by him for physical relationship. When I rufeused for physical he used to cut his veins to show his proof of love. But now suddenly he refused to marry me and blaming me that I am a characterless girl. Cuz I am raped in my past by one of my celebraty friend. Before we go physical i shared this whole thing with my boyfriend on 1st day of commitment, cuz i never wanted complications in our future married life . I wanted my charecter transparent. Still he forwarded his hands towards me for marriege. And he used me physically. He communicated with his parents to ween my trust. He sent me lots of gifts on my birthday too. But now he sudenly changes his behaviour and refusing to marry. and after some days i saw his picture with other girl. He told me that his parents found a girl for him. when i said him that

you can file complaint for the offence of rape against him even you can add provisions of cheating as well as you can made grivance before women grievance redressal forums established at the commissioner of police office or superintendent of police office

Dear client immediately file complaint against him with near police Station regarding this under sec 376 of Indian penal code. Making physical relationship by giving false promise of marriage is crime for any legal help call me

You can police complaint to your nearest police station if they do not take action you can register complaint with Mahila Ayog they will probably take action .
You can charge him of rape
Cheating etc

U can file a criminal case against him for cheating.
Either go to the police station or file at the court.
Just get the complaint draft from a lawyer.

Also do it as early as possible or the delay in filling complaint might harm ur case.

you have not mentioned your intention behind the above share .
you can file complaint of cheating u/s 420 ipc . but not of rape .
only if you are below 18 years you can file complaint of rape .
