My boy friend cheated me.we are in love from 3 years.we are in sexual relationship.he committed first for marriage.but now he was refuse to marry me.my casts are separate but that one is not a problem.he said his family do not agree my marriage.he said he does not force them to agree my marriage.please help me can I compliant in ps under section 420 cheating and 376 rape.
