Sir, bail ek Right ka remedy hai aur ye ek standard procedural route hai. Isme aapko court ke samne appear hona padega aur fir bail application move karni hogi. Bail cost-effective toh hogi, lekin isme aapko trial process ko admit karna hoga aur regular trial face karna padega, jo ki ek long process hai. Wahin dusri taraf, agar aap poori proceedings ko quash karne ke liye file karte hain aur stay order le lete hain, toh jab tak High Court mein matter chalega, aapko Firozabad court mein pesh hone ki zaroorat nahi padegi. Agar High Court case ko quash kar deta hai, toh trial turant khatam ho jayega aur aap saare charges se clear ho jayenge.

it totally depends upon the facts and circumstances of the each n every case . if your case is fit on legal and factual ground then you should definitely go to the Hon'ble High Court for quashing of the FIR and in future this will also help in getting anticipatory bail.

you should first try to get High court order in a way that can stay the proceedings , arrest stay. later on if not get go for anticipatory bail. As getting bail will open a way to contest the case. One option is available, exaust it.
