यदि आपके पास दोनों शादियों के प्रमाण, चैट, फोटो, ऑडियो-वीडियो, विवाह दस्तावेज या गवाह हैं, तो यह आपके केस को मजबूत करेगा। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने भी माना है कि यदि महिला की सहमति झूठे वैवाहिक आश्वासन और वास्तविक तथ्य छिपाकर ली गई हो, तो मामला गंभीर आपराधिक अपराध बन सकता है। आप तुरंत नजदीकी महिला थाना/पुलिस स्टेशन में लिखित शिकायत दें तथा सभी सबूत संलग्न करें। पुलिस FIR दर्ज न करे तो आप संबंधित मजिस्ट्रेट न्यायालय में आवेदन दे सकती हैं। साथ ही मानसिक, सामाजिक एवं आर्थिक क्षति के लिए अलग कानूनी राहत भी मांग सकती हैं।

aapne bataya ki aapke husband ne aapse pehli shadi ko chupaya or dusre shadi aapse kr li pehle ye ipc me bigamy 494 ka ofence tha ab ye 69 bns k antargat amend hua h aap 69 bns k antargat report kraye isme 10 years ka punishment hai or jyada jankari k liye aap mughse contact bhi kr sakte ho

aap ke saath Bina talak liye shadi Kiya aap ko bataya bhi nahi dis is against the law bns main aap Kar sKta kar sakete 60 and 82 so accordingly kar sakte hain court mein court mein dhakhar kar sakte hain 69 and 8q bns

You can file a FIR against him under various Sections of bnss. Only thing you need to prove is that you did not have knowledge regarding his previous/existing marriage. Start by approaching the Police station for filing an FIR. I theybrefuse you have other alternate remedy

Dear Client, agar kisi ne pehli shadi chhupa kar, jhootha vishwas dila kar aapke sath sharirik sambandh banaye hain, toh yeh ek gambhir apradh hai. Naye kanoon ke mutabik, dhoke se shadi ka vaada ya galat pehchan dila kar sharirik sambandh banane par BNS Section 69 ke tehat mamla darj hota hai. Iske sath hi bigamy ke liye BNS Section 81 bhi lag sakti hai. Aapke paas jo pukhta evidence hain, unke basis par ek strong legal action lene aur proper FIR draft karne ke liye aap mere sath ek paid consultation book kar sakte hain.
