Bf emotionally,forcefully get in relationship now refusing to continue

My bf emotionally blackmailed me by treating if I leave him he will sucide nd promise me to marry in any situation nd had physical relationship with me bt now he breaks up with me on random reason after I met his parents his parents taking his side nd now they saying after 5 yrs he will marry me bt I don't trust them what can I do now can I file case against him ? I tried to talk to him bt he refused

You can file a Rape Case against him, if he had promised you to marry and relying on this promise, you had given her Consent for Sex including to fuck you. If voluntarily you had surrendered yourself in his arms and his promise had not mattered for you, so your case will not be strong & you will be defeated

yes u can file a case against the person and u can also claim maintenance from him monthly also a rape case will be filed against him in that pretext only if u have plenty of evidence with you to prove it

Sorry to know about your situation. In these circumstances, You may file a criminal complaint against him at your nearest police station. He will be called by the police and will see if amicably the problem is solved otherwise will file a case against him under section 420 and 376 IPC. The complaint should be properly drafted by the advocate.
