Being threatened of false case

Hello there. I am in love with a girl. Her father is threatening me to slap a false police case against me that I tried to rape her in case I try to contact her again or visit her. I have not done anything wrong. I have kept proof of all conversations between her and me. Whatsapp Chat, Audio Recording, etc. How can I defend myself in case they go ahead and file this false case? I have been also threatened by the girl's family that they will hire goons to beat me in case I'm seen anywhere near to her. I really love this girl and don't want to let her go. How do I proceed in this situation? Please suggest.

it totally depends on girls statement if she is major otherwise her father is having all the right to file the case against you. if a girl was in sex with you they can file rape case any time. if it happened you need to get bail from the competent court. your future is dependent on girls statement don't worry be calm and think with mind take the situation diplomatic wait for some time to go. if you're done anything in hurry they will file case.

In your matter, if the Girl is either 18 years old or more than that, then she is legally capable to take her own decision as far as marrying with you is concerned. You need to be 21 years old or more than that. Both of you need to be of Sound-mind.
As far as parents of both the parties are concerned, it doesn't matter if they are against you as the couple. You directly lodge a FIR against the parents of the Girl under the concerned sections which I am going to tell you. Parallely, we have to approach Magistrate that the Girl should be brought before him & as such, the Magistrate would decide whether she wants to marry with you or not.
