Bank Over Draft Limit Account of Staff Loan

I am an regional rural Bank employee science 15 -02- 1983 and terminated on 14-03-2008 our case is pending in high court and now I am retired in 31 December 2021. I have an O D L account with this bank and account is inoperative from 2007 for recovery of that account Bank file a O A to D R T Lucknow at 2017 and at 2021 that O A is Dismissed by D R T. Can Bank file a civil suite for this O D L account or file a F I R. Our this O D L account is properly sanctioned by Regional Office of the Bank f

Dear Client, You should check your case before DRAT Allahabad it's an Appellate Tribunal after DRT so in such a case you should first try to search your case before DRAT and as per other cases part is concern want documents for understanding.

It is necessary to see the judgement passed by the drt Lucknow. Now you have been retired from services so all type of dues able to the bank will recover from the full and final settlement of your account. when the department was dismissed by the drt Lucknow you were in job. government recover all dues from your full and final dues
