1. If the Rape was confirmed by the accused with the medical forensic report then IO should have filed charge sheet before court approved bail to accused. 2. Only after seeing the grounds of bail approval, i would able to provide my opinion. 3. You may share the case details with any of the advocate to get the legal opinion.

He is not totally free but he is released on bail till the case is over and if charges are proved he will be sent to jail, and if the charges are not proved he will be left free, and further he is released temporarily on strigent conditions.

Dear Madam, It is only interim relief. It is not final verdict of the Court. A sword is hanging on his head that is if he violates any one of the bail condition then immediately his bail will be cancelled and he will thrown into jail mercilessly. CrPC does not define the term Bail. Bail is a security given by the accused that he will appear answer before the proper court the accusation brought against him and include personal bond and bail bond. Bail is one such mechanism which is used to ensure the presence of an accused whenever required by the court.
