Bail Rejection By High Court Of Patna

Sir we applied for anticipatory bail in 307 in patna high court but that was rejected saying that apply for regular bail then the person surrender in front of court and he is in jail for last three months.we applied for regular bail in high court and that was also rejected.what is the way ahead in this case.why regular bail is rejected when the person himself surrender before court?
you may move before the Hon'ble Supreme Court against rejection order of the Patna High Court by way of filing S L A . Supreme Court may grant bail after appreciating your contention and the material available on the record.
