Q: Bail Rejection By High Court Of Patna

Sir we applied for anticipatory bail in 307 in patna high court but that was rejected saying that apply for regular bail then the person surrender in front of court and he is in jail for last three months.we applied for regular bail in high court and that was also rejected.what is the way ahead in this case.why regular bail is rejected when the person himself surrender before court?

Q: Name Correction of mother in all documents.

Sir/Madam My mother's name is Raakhi Sinha. But in my all documents her name is Rakhi Sinha. I got a late registration of my birth in 2011, there also it's written as Rakhi Sinha as per my matriculation marksheet. Now i have a uniform wrong name in my all documents, but it's constant. I have applied with the same name in UPSC exam also. Should i carry on with the same name? Any future problem can arise, in matters of insurance, lineage, Family register or anywhere where i am needed to give my mother's document.

Q: No action on attempt to murder case

My father went to plough his land with my uncle after getting permission in Lok Adalat. There were a couple of police constables also during the incident. Opposition party came in groups of 15 people with iron rod, lathi, bhala and other handheld weapons and started beating my father and uncle. My father femur(thigh bone) is fractured and he was hit by iron rod on his head. Uncle also sustained severe fracture in his hand.FIR has been filed on 28th August and injury report has been collected by police which says grievous injuries. FIR has IPC sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307, 452 mentioned in it.Witness is my uncle and cousin brotherBut, police has not arrested anyone in last 30 days. Police are giving excuses that there should some witnesses from local village. Since, all the people at that time were from opposition only people are not coming forward as witness. Please help!!
