bail on false case framed on me under 420 and 120 b

i was framed by falsely 420 and 120b from other party with the help of his some police friends a civil case diverted them into criminal case .i earlier file for quashing application of fir on highcourt and a jugdement gain by me that no coercive measure shall be taken against the petitioners. now i am charged by 420 and 120 b from seshan court. but i did not got any summon since 2022. what should i done

If you have not got any summons then you are not duty bound to attend the court proceedings. And if you have already got an order in your favour from the High Court then you can always annex it in the case filed by the opposite party. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

You can apply for a certified copy and see what the exact evidence is against you. You can also file an early hearing application before the High Court for early disposal of the matter or your quashing petition
