1-i want to give the legal notice about attacking on me and injured me .

firstly you have to ascertain when this particular incident took place and if it was a one-off incident or it has happened before too. you do not need to send a legal notice for a criminal complaint. you can directly file FIR. but then you will have to file it in a proper way and cover all the points and instances because usually such FIR is not registered unless it has serious allegations
