Attempt to theft & killing of members by person under threat to die

if the person A who is invited to the house of a girl name B with the intention to commit theft he carries a gun , A enters her house & in so B's father catches A while entering the house and thinks him as a threat & beats him with his family members in so doing the person A as his last resort knowing that they will kill him with wooden shafts or Laathi's ,he starts shooting people near him & they all die [Facts:- Attempt to theft given] now the matter comes to Judge [ Question:- will judge give him right to kill Under self-defence or will he be hold liable for the all the killings & charged with murder.

I have seen your query carefully and found that if the person entred in somebody house with intention to commit theft in possession of a illegal gun with him and if he was caught in this process then for avoiding beaten by house owner and his family members fired the gun then it will never be said in self defence and he will be tried by Court for murder charges. for personal defence he has to take some precautions but in present case he directly fired and shootout . if you need any further information and guidance then you can contact me through the administrator of this website
