Attempt of murder and adultery of wife

My wife separated and staying away in another city. I noticed two-three times, someone coming to her place during my visits. In the latest surprise visit, i caught her when staying with unknown person. As a legal husband I asked my wife about the un-known person info. Why he was staying in the night hours. She started shouting and fighting with me, ignored to answer my questions, and finally she tried to kill me with the help of her boyfriend by tightening my neck. I escaped somehow from that place. Please suggest how to file FIR in the local police station. I think i can file the case under attempt of murder and adultery.

hello client as you are saying tht your wife along with her biy friend is trying to kill you in a conspiracy which results her to marry with her boy friend. in this matter you need to urgently hire a criminal advocate and get the FIR ready eith the help of advocate and get all the requirements clear which needd to be complited before Filling of FIR. so thg after filling of FIR there should not be any escape of punishment from the court and all the evidenses shoild need to be fullfilled

1. Yes fir can be registered with the local police. 2. Yes 307, murder case can be initiated against her with fir. 3. For adultery you can also seek divorce from her and court will grant you divorce. Please feel free to reach out for further assistance

hey sir, you can file a complaint against your wife regarding her illicit relation and threat to your life. and apart from that you can seek for making adultery as a ground. 1stly a woman cannot be punished for adultery and secondly it has been decriminalized. hence its no more an offence punishable under IPC but it still sustains to a ground to seek divorce.
