Attack In Office and No Action On Complaints

I have filed some cases against my office on employment issues, in return I am being attacked by my colleagues in office and no action is being taken on my complaints, I am fearing another attack, what should I do.

hello client as the matter you have discussed here is very serious issue in this matter you have yo take serious legal action against all the accused othetwise it may result in more prpblems for you. as you said tht you have already given complaint and no action has been taken till now so we need yo move legally on urgent basis.

It seems that you have been manhandled or attacked by your colleagues in the office and no action has been taken against those culprits. If You sustained some injuries first of all go to the nearest hospital and get a MLC done in your name after that lodge a criminal complaint against the accused person in the concerned police station primer Face ID the offence is of 323, 341, 120 BIPC says the offence is non-Covid disabled so you have to approach to the concerned court for taking the action for ticking action against the culprits thank you

File FIR of no internal complaints are being entertained that’s your best shot and you may also claim compensation from the company and colleagues that they harassed you, remedies are available before you but take some strict steps. All the best
