Asking money for issuing the degree certificate

Hello sir/madam.Myself Praveen Kumar. My college demanding money for issuing the degree certificate.I already cleared all my dues and got back my SSLC,HSC , original certificates. But now they are not issuing the degree certificate. Kindly help me

Initially you can send legal notice through a lawyer to the college asking the management to issue your degree certificate within two weeks time. Failing which you can approach the court to initiate action against the college.

hello brother you can file complaint before consumer court for not providing you certificate. Approach consumer court in your district or file complaint in online. get in writings why they not issuing certificate all the best

empowers the high courts to issue, to any person or authority, including the government (in appropriate cases), directions, orders or writs, including writs in the nature of habeas corpus, mandamus, prohibition, quo warranto, certiorari or any of them.
