Arrested Without Name In FIR.put In Jail On UT.

Sir delhi police arrested a person on behalf of information regarding charas smuggling but that person told my brothers name that I bought charas that and then police arrested my brother as well but my brother name is not in FIR however police put my brother in jail why sir, tell me what should I do abead to release my brother. Tell me thank you.

Your brother might be arrested on disclosure of the main accused, there would be some evidence against your brother as well that is why police have arrested him .
You need to file bail application in the concern court .
