APPLICATION U/s 482 ( A482 ) - [ 40275/2010 ] - Allahabad High Court

Dear Sir / Madam, The opposing party filed an FIR in 2010 against a civil litigation regarding the occuption of my father's shop. The case involving the shop was resolved but the FIR is still open, an application was filed under section 482 of case no 1677 of 2010 to quash the FIR back in 2010 but since then nothing has happened. Can you please suggest what is the best course of action to quash this FIR that is nearly 13 years old.

What about your state of case and what grounds has been taken before Allahabad High Court, then anyone will help which relates to your case so once free explain all details about your case and then explain properly.

dear client as per your query I can only suggest that if your matter is resolved it may be through some mutual settlement do file it on affidavit stating that it's been mutually settled between both the parties for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents.
