Hello
You had not mentioned in your query that whethr you go to high court on basis of compromise or on what reason basically supreme court does not allow quashing on compromise basis in cases registered as stated by you

yes you can challenge that order before Supreme court and you may also contest the said case before trial court and for more details you may contact, need not to worry. Send the details of the case , so i can guide you properly.

If u have compromised the matter with complainant than u can not get quashed FIR from High Court, rather u should get hostiled eye witness and complainant in trial court, than court will acquit you. Alleged offense is non compoundable, so FIR can not be quashed.
