A FIR in 2017 was made by an unmarried women aged about 42 years against me and my relative under 376D,342,506,3(2) sc/st act by district court in 156(3) to compensate another case by opposite party. After investigation by police a final report was submitted by police (circle officer). In statement of FR woman accept that she filed a false 376D case for money and filed with help of opposite party.
After about 18months she filed a protest petition against FR by saying that police forcely made my statement. And lower court (sc/st court) summoning me.what can I do after this.

Now you can challenge the summoning order by filing revision petition before the District and Session Judge Court. file an appeal against this order. show all the documents of Case diary to show your case was genuine. also did you file objects to protest ? we need to see that...how did the coir below summon you without calling for objections
