anticipatory bail when accused not named in FIR

the victim allegedly recieved a call from a call centre asking him to pay 50,000/- in return for insurance. of 5 lakhs. he did so, and got duped. did an fir and police registered the same making a certain person liable even when he was not mentioned in the fir nor did he recieve any fraud amount in any of his accounts. can he get anticipatory bail. under what sections.

hello as per your query you are willing to apply for for anticipatory bail In a matter of money defrauded on call on the name of price of rupees the amount was asked why the phone call the person have done so at last after losing of money . the victim filed an FIR regarding the fraud which has been played upon him and action was taken by the police . as you are saying that I want to apply for anticipatory bail regarding this FIR on the basis of name has not been Tekken Firewas registered by the victim . in this case I can say can get anticipatory bail double coat show sufficient proof but you are not there in the fraud
