Anticipatory bail on the ground of parity after filing of chargesheet

26-Sep-2023 (In Criminal Law)
My anticipatory bail rejected by session and highcourt which is filed on the ground of parity and nature and gravity of case. What should I do? In this case investigation is completed and chargesheet has been filed and co-accused has been enlarged on anticipatory bail by the hon'ble highcourt.

Bail matter for every individual accused is based upon different reasoning. Merely because one Co accused got the bail does not mean every other Co accused should also get the same. The court treats every Co accused independently depending upon various circumstances. For any further legal assistance please feel free to contact Thanks

Hi, You can file bail application with session court too if there is any change in circumstances, if the session court dismisses the same you can file the same in High court, parity is a good ground for bail. Thanks and regards Ramit Sehrawat Advocate
