hi it is difficult to get anticipatory bail in those cases and it would depend on the facts and circumstances of the case amd you could file quash petition and you could ask the court to direct the police to not to take any coercive steps against you

yes you can go for an Anticipatory Bail petition you will have to file at session court/ Lower court. Get it rejected order and then move to file at High court for the remedy. try if the lower court grants the anticipatory and if not HC.
