Girl has filed a FIR under 376 IPC for sexual assault under promise of marriage. 1. Will I get anticipatory bail (Court given Intern bail till investigation) 2. Will it affect my L1B Visa and passport as Look out circular issued. 3. Can I work abroad if I get AB

while you are on bail you can still work abroad but will have to report to the court as and when asked for. Though legally it is allowed but normally police do not allow the person on Anticipatory Bail to go abroad. Your L1B will also have an adverse effect unless there is a proper dismissal of the case from the court

Not at all. Until your FIR is quashed by the High Court or you are acquitted by the trial court, you can not go out of the country without permission of the concerned court. If there is no evidence against you, then you should move to the High Court of competent jurisdiction for quashing of the FIR.

To get bail is the discretion of court n how vigorously your advocate put the arguments. For visa n job you need to be in touch with visa department. We need more information on your case Kindly b in touch

You’re requested to share documents to further understand the situation and what best is achievable at the moment. If interim bail is given till investigation then certainly it will be extended if anything seriously incriminating is found. LOOK OUT CIRCULAR can be quashed from the High Court after knowing which agency has issued

Yes you can file an anticipatory bail and in that matter first of all you will hire an criminal advocate who will help you get relief in your matter as soon as possible . No, it didn’t not effect your visa or passport when you will prove innocent after trial
