amount borrowed for more than 3 years havent returned any amount

my friend borrowed 1.5lakhs of money for his shop,which was not legally bonded or signed.was given as a help. but for past 3 years he is not responding or replying to repay my amount.
Evidence what i have now is
1.Audio call recorded
2.Mails
3.Voice recorded of his uncle regarding this amount repayment
now he is speaking in bossy manner and also he joined in MNC company. what would be your recommendation for this issue,kindly help. Thanks
