Allegation of Theft in Mumbai Railway Yard

An officer caught me in a railway yard on charges of theft while I was passing through. He took my photo and checked my ID. This incident happened on 28-05-2024. I haven't received any call or message from the police yet. Will this pose any threat to my CA career?

Well, if the concerned Officer gets a Police Complaint lodged against you and get it converted into a FIR, then obviously, it will impact your Career. You may have to face trouble in going abroad too. However, I can assist you with the legal tips, so that, FIR won't get lodged against you.
