Allahbad high court: Caveat against quashing of summons

We had summons issued from Noida court. Opposite party has approached allahbad high court for quashing. We have not received any notification for same. nWhat action can we take

If your matter relates to Prevention of Children from Sexual Offences or SC/ST Act, then you received notice from court before haring otherwise you will receive after order passed in his favour. You can appoint your advaocate before notice or hearing.

which type of summons you issued for your opposite party. which type of suit is pending. there is any order passed by court against of opposite party. if there is an FIR then opposite party have right to quash them but normaly this is not done easily. yOu also approach for make counter of the case in high court. or you can file a caveats for hearing you by court.

It is not clearly mentioned for what purpose Noida Court has issued summon please state whether it is a family matter civil matter criminal matter or any sort of FIR has been lodged and give the necessary points regarding the case. Thank you
