Q: Urgent help required on divorce under 13A

I have filed divorce under 13A and all the formality has been done and complete. My wife didn't appear on any notice. n1.She has rejected to come on the first notice.2. we have sent another notice and shared on whatsapp by the lawyer as directed by judge and she called my lawyer back and rejected to come in the court.3.Finally, we proceeded for ex-party and did publication and And she didn't come after as well. Since then publication, there is almost 6 months have been passed.But on the date of order, she appeared first time even court didn't send any notice to her. nShe filed her reply and I am seeking help that that should not be accepted or filing an objection. What are the options for me? If I will file the objection to her reply now. As her intention is make delay in the decision. Can someone give quality advice?

Please mention the entire statement of your wife 13 A means it is a mutual divorce filed in the court hence Court cannot take any order against the will of this since one party is not agreeing for divorce at the moment court cannot give the order for final divorce right now . I request you to clearly mention if there is any article other than 13A is in the case? If not it is completely a civil matter and in this case both the parties should share same opinion for divorce.

Q: Allahbad high court: Caveat against quashing of summons

We had summons issued from Noida court. Opposite party has approached allahbad high court for quashing. We have not received any notification for same. nWhat action can we take

It is not clearly mentioned for what purpose Noida Court has issued summon please state whether it is a family matter civil matter criminal matter or any sort of FIR has been lodged and give the necessary points regarding the case.Thank you
