All documents have been submitted I need untrace port and Final report


14-Jan-2024 (In Criminal Law)
My car was stolen FIR was lodge on same day, informed the insurance comp. & informed the RTO. All the documents which Insurance comp. needs has been submitted by me. I got a mail from concern police station about intimation of untrace report. The untrace report is pending at Rohini Court. Only two documents are pending which I've to submit and those are Original Final Report u/s. 173 duly stamp & signed by authority and Untraceable report of accepted by Hon'ble court. How will I get these docs

these to documents are important documents to get the insurance claim you can the final report from police officer investigating your can and untrace from the concerned judge under whose that police station comes. you can take help of police officer or an advocate.

You can get the documents by applying for the certified copy of the file from the court and thus the certified copies are more than enough for submission to the insurance claims. in case you have any trouble seeking that, it is advisable to take assistance of a lawyer who can assist you in the process.

Either you can talk to the concerned investigation officer to provide you the relevant document or you may hire an advocate to file an application to get the said document from the court. Thanks n b in touch

You will file an application of status report of that matter in that court where matter was pending and in that issue you will took help of an advocate regarding that matter who will help you providing your documents easily
