Alcohol consumption in apartment premises

Hi , nI will in a apartment in banglore , and recently our association is allowing alocol.parties in apartment club house. On questioning Association says there is no law which can stop this. Can u pls help me

no law to stop but if any nuisance in the parties than you can stop that kind of party then there is a law to stop if you find out any kind of nuisance than you can stop this no one bigger than law you can immediately complaint near by police station

Dear Sir, It is true that, such alcohol parties may be allowed within the four walls but it cannot be allowed in groups in a common hall which may lead to several law and order problems and disturbance to women and children who may be influenced and disturbed by the conduct of such drunken people. It is nothing but nuisance. You may follow the below given instructions treating it as nuisance.
