suit for permanent injunction is not a permanent it will be vaild only for a few months then it won't be valid, so the advise would be to represent the case as respondents. IF the matter is still very high we can get a stay from the honorable high court.

Thank you for reaching out. In order to proceed effectively and provide you with proper legal assistance, I kindly request you to share more detailed information and facts pertaining to the case. Specifically, please provide the background circumstances, the nature of the dispute, and the relief being sought. Additionally, if this matter is at a criminal stage, I would require copies or details of the court records, such as the FIR number, charge sheet (if filed), case number, and the present stage of proceedings. This will help us assess the procedural posture and explore appropriate remedies, including anticipatory bail, discharge, or quashing, depending on the facts. If the issue also involves a property dispute and you are seeking a permanent injunction, please mention the complete address and location of the property, along with relevant documents such as the sale deed, RTC, pahani, or khata extract. Information about any prior litigation or notices in relation to the property will also be helpful. Once these details are shared, we will be in a better position to evaluate the legal position and decide the next steps in your matter

Dear Madam, You may file a suit for permanent injunction restraining him from going for second marriage since he is already engaged with you and ceremony of engagement already happened. Thus, you can win the case and get him marry and he may avoid entering into marriage land with another girl.
