Dear Sir,
After filing of charge sheet the Accused has to take regular bail and then charges will be framed. Before charges are framed the Accused may file Discharge Application under Section 239. If rejected he may approach High Court. Otherwise the witnesses will be summoned and establish the case against the Accused.
