After chargesheet against the accused, what happens next?

I understand your question. So, what happens after chargesheet is filed by police against the accused? Once the court issues summons, the accused must appear in court and attend every hearing until the final decision is made. In the beginning, the accused must take regular bail from the court.

Dear Sir, after chargesheet what happens is that the accused must apply for regular bail. Following this, the court will frame charges. However, before the charges are framed, the accused has the option to file a Discharge Application under Section 239. If the application is rejected, they can approach the High Court. Otherwise, witnesses will be summoned to establish the case against the accused.
